These are just a few of the project ideas eligible for a grant from the new ICENI Refreshment Fund: the new community sports and activity grant scheme run by ICENI Water.
You can apply for a grant of up to £500 towards a project that encourages people to get active and ‘rise up refreshed’. All applications are considered by a panel of judges including Andrew Kendrick from the Northampton Saints, and chaired by Brett Fleming-Jones, managing director of ICENI Water.
How to apply
Making an application is easy – just download an application form, fill it in and send it to ICENI Refreshment Fund, c/o Proven PR, 22 Florence Park, Westbury Park, Bristol BS6 7LP – or email it to If you want to send supporting material such as a budget, press cuttings and photographs, please state clearly if you wish these to be returned.
You will receive an acknowledgement once your application has been received, together with an application number. If you are awarded a grant, you will hear from Proven PR within two months of the receipt of your application number.
Who can apply?
Your project must encourage participation in sport or activity at grass roots level to benefit the local community within the ICENI distribution heartland: Norfolk, Suffolk, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Essex, Greater London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire.
Organisations eligible to apply include: schools and colleges, youth clubs, community groups, parish and village councils, local sports clubs.
